Football is not about the odd 1 v1 game. Ariola knocked us at of the cup last year at home. Glasner has gone to town on his players today for getting beat , what has Moyes said ?? We tried and give our best and he probably said we played well.

Moyes is old school and is getting found out most weeks ans he has no answers what so ever. Today he was forced to throw on a couple of kids of the bench, funny how tho two he threw on were the oldest and both CB’s and put them at full back. Ok maybe a bit harsh to throw a 17yr old on, but he could have dropped Asnou back and brought a young forward onto the left.

He played Harrison Armstrong left midfield for most of the game, while McNeil played as a 10 and the McNeil fished off at right wing, where He’s always atrocious

Summer is decision point for TFG. These players will be worse than useless going into a season under a manager with one year left who’s not had an extension. This summer it’s decision time on whether to extend Moyes or get someone else in. I think he’s failing his audition for an extension unless we have a brilliant second half to the season in the league.

Pochettino, Ancelotti, Tuchel, Nagelsmann, could all be free post the World Cup. Glasner in all likelihood too.

The conditions have changed now from what they were under Moshiri at the end when the question was how can we survive. Now we should be trying to get the best manager possible just like Villa and Palace did.

Would have loved Emery here. Arsenal didn't give him a fair crack.

Kinnear is the CEO.

He does what it says on the tin. Whether thats good or bad at this stage i have no idea.

But one thing is for sure, he signs off on signings negotiated by Hammond and put to them by Moyes.

KDH & Grealish love him as they were unwanted at their clubs and he plays them every week no matter what.

Garner is the only one who has improved significantly and he must have hated dyche.

We have a recruitment team that has been in place since September, overseen by Angus Kinnear, that have seemingly been doing absolutely nothing for the last 4 months.

Moyes in his last presser and I’ve not got this word for word , said we’re looking but it’s difficult and it’s more likely we don’t do anything. In Moyes talk that means, there’s no full backs With prem experience available

Can't believe we are still having this Moyes recruitment argument.

No one ultimately knows who was in charge unless they work for the club. But it remains my personal opinion, that it makes no sense for Moyes to have solely in charge for 2 main reasons

1. He was incensed at our lack of business just before the season started. Why would he be so openly critical of recruitment in the press if it was all his own fault. Who criticises themselves in the press?

2. He has barely used and clearly doesn't rate some of the new players. Who on earth signs players they don't want to use and / or think are rubbish.

Our recruitment processes have been failing for years. Everyone involved needs to be replaced and experts who can identify talented Everton level players need to come in.
