Did you watch any of those minutes? You're just making a massive assumption that he must be decent because he played for those youth teams when evidence will show the vast majority of players who go through those academies are nowhere near good enough to play against the top level. Players need to play well at a lower level to demonstrate they can play at a higher level. It's very simple. He isn't being given minutes because he's not doing enough to suggest he deserves them. Same goes for Dibling.
