Aah yeah that also makes sense, kicking it out of play is technically losing the ball I guess, fair.

I agree by the way, he's never been great and he's currently in poor form as well somehow, so it's double crap :lol: Having to play with the ball more makes him look even worse - when we're pushed back and defending he looks at least 'okay', or 'good' (at times, if you squint really hard).

I'm kind of mocking how ridiculous football trends are. All of a sudden a tactic that worked 20 years ago works for one team a couple of times to then everybody starts doing it again even if they don't have the players to pull it off. It's madness.

Remember when the RS scored 1 goal from a throw in and there were fluff pieces about the throw in coach for about 2 months?
