2025/26 Tyler Dibling

He needs to come out of his shell.......it has been touched upon that he is a quiet lad and an introvert. Looked like he had found his place at Southampton so was able to express himself.........he was homesick when at Chelsea and it seems he hasn't been able to move on. Hypnotise the fellah and get him out of his shell or we will be waiting a long time till he actually feels at home/comfortable here

Get him on the field, give him a chance, maybe even start him..

I know we'd all like to see him and I'm sure he wants to play.

Christ, if he's not up to it, I doubt it would make a difference currently.

When you see him play 10 mins here and there, can you see why he hasn't had a run of games?

Fairly clear to see why he hasn't had a run of games yet when Ndiaye has been available. But when the alternative is McNeil, how do you justify it? If he doesn't get a run now, it'll be bad management of the player in my opinion.

Literally did more in 15 mins than McNeil did in 75

Just play the lad

I can understand why posters who havent seen him prior to this season are concerned its poor recruitment and that he needs to show more.

But having seen him last season I know how good he is and can see how good he may become. Plenty of others in the game do as well.

He looks a different player and yet, there is absolutely no logic in using McNeil ahead of him.

He didnt do much but he certainly didnt put in a negative performance like McNeil.
