NFL 2025 Season

Second half couldn't have gone any worse for Green Bay

Defence was terrible. Love made mistakes. Best receiver got hurt. Best O lineman got hurt. Best safety got hurt. Parsons quite likely has an ACL injury.

Time for bed....

They’ve just shown zero urgency all year. It’s weird. I think Watson is better and more important than people realize.

Watson is very important but so are Kraft and Parsons

I dont think the rest of the roster is good enough to step up and I dont think Lafleur has the answers.

I think Green Bay has been a good but not great team for a long time and I think the same goes for Matt as a coach.

In fairness, I think the biggest issue yesterday alongside the injuries, was the extremely passive gameplan on defence from Hafley. He offered 7 or 8 yard catches underneath right down the pitch. Almost felt like they were complacent and underestimated Nix. Consistently the DBs got caught out defending well behind the first down marker allowing easy catches. Dont understand it.

Hoping Mahomes will be ready for the start of next season. The entire offensive position coaches need to go, including Nagy.

Personally, I think we need more spark on offense generally and if Jeremiyah Love is available at 12, he should be taken.

Anyway, regardless of whether or not the dynasty is over, what a ride it has been these last 7 years. For me, the second greatest dynasty in NFL history in terms of consistency.

Yeah they need to build a real run game and real receiving corps. They went all in on a few specific things and you can’t say it didn’t work, but it’s time to do something new.

An unbelievable team, but all good things come to an end. Their core of players and coaching staff was so good, they could avoid having to go into a rebuild mode but it was visibly getting harder for them every year. I'm excited to see what they do next.

NFL is so brutal on teams like that, it's so difficult to be good for a long time. Parity means nothing lasts long, but it cuts both ways: good teams can go bad quickly, and bad teams can turn good quickly. It's up to the front office to rebuild the team for next year, but nothing is given. That was the Saints issue the last 8 or so years, but the Saints gave away draft capital for short term solutions and Drew Brees could only do so much with what he had available.
