Most of the league is very tight with only 8 points between 4th and 15th

Could be a season where 17th place needs 40+ points

No chance it’s 30 this season. West Ham will get more than 17 points from 22 games. They will have a purple patch at some point. And Leeds will get more than 14 points with their home form

30 will be fine, I think West Ham look in a lot of trouble.

I'm not convinced they both do that.

Traditionally promoted teams do worse as the season goes on.

14 points ahead of Burnley who’ve lost 8 on the spin and who we play the day after Boxing Day

11 ahead of West Ham who haven’t won in 5 and couldn’t hold a lead twice today

Then you look above us, 2 points behind Palace, the Kult and Sunderland and a point behind United, 4 teams we’ve taken 7 points off this season

If relegation is creeping up on us then we’re creeping up on Europe more

It's the team in 18th you need to watch.

I'm not sure both West Ham and Leeds get over 35. But then people have this discussion every year, and generally always overestimate points needed

That's true mate, but it doesn't meant that at least one of them won't be below 30 points.

Leeds are a decent team. Whatever their manager has done to switch it up has been a masterstroke and has worked.

Been saying West Ham will be fine all season but I must admit I’m starting to have doubts about that now.
