Let's be honest he did very well considering the circumstances during the points deduction season. Last year he had the opportunity (free swing of the bat) to show he was a good footballing manager. We weren't going down and just waiting to get in the new stadium with an easily achievable mid-table finish. The football we endured was worse than anything we have seen over the last few turgid years.
