I agree. If we sign him, and I think we might, it'll be undisclosed fee.
It won't stop people on here speculating about the fee though. Everything from "they practically gave him to us" to "Ridiculous paying all that for a 30 yr old.

Not so sure signing him is the slam dunk others do.
Lovely player, good lad, im just not sure for a few reasons to be honest.
Seems better value than
Barry 30
Beto 25-30
Thats for sure
Didn't City say they wanted £50M to make the loan permanent?15 mill completion fee, 125k a week. 3 year deal...
All parties happy....
Doesn't rely on pace so dont have to worry about his legs going....
Good egg and seems great for morale.....
Ideal player to mentor dibling
If Ndiaye was on loan, on £300k a week, and £30mill to make it perm...would there be hesitation to make it happen?
N'Diaye is a lot younger, tbf.If Ndiaye was on loan, on £300k a week, and £30mill to make it perm...would there be hesitation to make it happen?
Might be a controversial opinion but as much as I'm loving having him this season, I wouldn't sign him if the price tag is 30m+ at end of season.
His age and wages just wouldn't make sense to me. Would be 31 pretty much going into next season.
If some magic could be worked on a fee then I think he'd be a great add even just for team spirit and compatibility with the way we looking to play under Moyes.
Nobody would offer him 300k a wkAt his age id fancy a return on the £30 mill so the fee is academic thats an investment, while 300k - to sign him no, would i give him 300k now to sign a new deal also no - because hed sign on for much less. If someone else wants to give 300k id shake his hand and say he can go for £120 mill.
Its actually a good comparison because if i was Illy and i was looking at my wage and productively and output comparatively to the other side of the pitch i wouldn't be happy.
With Jack its the finances but also footballing side id be hesitant about.
100%! He gets into such great positions, the defenders tend to back off him a little, then he starts looking around for someone to pass to. If he balloons four or five shots per game, nobody will coat him off for it?I'd like to see Jack Grealish chancing his arm by taking more shots on goal, even if it was just a couple a game.
