2025/26 Harrison Armstrong

Tim needs a loan too then in January- I thought he was far better than his performance today - he has looked better in the opponents half imo....
Plus he is never a defensive midfielder or was all the team that bad it was hard for him to impress ?
Never seen our two star wingers so ineffective too!
I agree but most of us would of agreed with that starting line up today, Tim has looked capable at this level in his cameos but has been found out in his ability to properly take charge of a game which is essential in that position. He looked lost today, who else back fills that position without Merlin? Moyes wants kdh as a 10 and that's that

Further to this our two star singers have full backs who cannot contribute going forward, teams are not stupid and finding this out very quickly double up on them because the overlap is not coming. Grealish had to drift today and when myko was in possession on own he was a lost puppy

He had a full 90 minutes v Fulham & looked more than OK we were totally outplayed the fatigue of most of the team showed playing 80 minutes with ten men plus our keeper had a rare off day p,us our star players looked more fatigued than most ....
You could argue that Tim is being highlighted like you stated Harrison Armstrong may have been in that woeful performance from front to back thd whole game - the...... referee was poor too against us as per usual ....

Lad I would argue he cost us the match today, trying to take that touch in box for second goal was pathetic followed by snoozed out challenge for third is absolute code red for someone who was given a big opportunity today. He's not at it

Never a defensive midfielder proved it today ....as I stated better up the attacking end of the pitch he won us our last pen ....
Harrison Armstrong can play both roles - as for age Newcastles left back is really young & had a blinding game - big clubs are looking at him age should mean nothing if you are good enough ..
The whole team apart from a few were poor today so just to highlight Tim is like saying Pickford was magnificent?

I do think he's a good footballer but he's not someone you can just launch into an essential role. Every time Newcastle played a 1 2 through midfield I could not believe how static he was. Moyes needs to figure him out

Hard to figure him out in that atrocious team performance yes he made vital mistakes but our defence was very poor too plus the keeper who is usually our hero - as you stated if Harrison Armstrong had played he may have had been blamed too ?

All lunatics who think this boy needs recalled. We are a premier league team who have put a promising talent away to develop for THAT VERY REASON. The reward is a developed player at still a young age who could potentially serve us for years to come. Some clueless football heads in here
Think you'll find only 1 single poster has asked for him to be recalled.

Zero chance he gets consistent minutes, Martin Waldron is his agent and I can tell you his view is the same.

I think next summer Moyes (if still in the seat) will have no choice but to use Armstrong, Dibling and Anzou. Thats simply because there are so many areas of the squad to improve. Also, he'll have to go after quality to take the team up a notch so wont be too many signings.

The athletic and i think the I-paper said Moyes was chasing Dibling as priority and was personally wanting it pushed through.

Have you heard any whispers on why Dibling and Aznou havent been used? Is Moyes making excuses or have they not delivered in training so far?

We need these and Armstrong next season to be playing games - to save money on signings so what we have can go on quality.
