Arsenal match ballot results

Someone please explain how I can be unsuccessful in the ballot, but I can go on the Everton site this morning and buy a ticket?
According to my £60 fee, I should have priority?
You have to purchase the membership to stay in the queue for season tickets.
I tried to get an arsenal ticket unsuccessfully today, sometimes it shows them available but you can't add them to your basket.

I'm confident I'll get one closer to the day. Lots available for Newcastle right now.

Not good if you need to make plans I know but I'm happy to decide last minute.

My dilemma is knowing when to stick or twist on tickets that come up, high up in the corners often comes up but I ideally want a side view quite close to the action. Problem is most the seats I would normally go for are in the posh areas now

Its so easy to understand.- You HAVE TO pay £60 to get priority CHANCE in the ticket ballot. If unsuccessful you lose £3.15p per entry (£60÷19 home games) So if win 1 in 3 entries only, you pay £40 approx more for your successful winning tickets. Ordinary FB memberships still keep you in the ST queue at only £35 but have minimal chance of a ticket and will probably have to buy on the resale site at £70 and £75.

If unsuccessful you lose nothing.

Ya oul tight arse
Majority of fans on here think having to give £60 for a CHANCE of a ticket is scandalous. ( 2 adults 2 kids = £200 !!!! Not a tight arse! Have FOUR cars I use in the garage and only me drives! 😄 but won't pay on principle. Always paid the FB package over last 4.5yrs to stay on ST waiting list ( 1 adult 1 kid.)

Highly principled. U still pay 35!
4 cars yet you wont pay a couple of quid to support the forum
Is that another point of principle🤣

That's not really what I was asking.
I paid £60 for priority, Everton tell me I'm unsuccessful in the draw, but then they sell a ticket the next day, why wasn't the ticket sold / offered to a priority member in the first place?
