It's been clear Patterson is not considered an actual player here for some time.

The sooner we can get Nathan Patterson fit and back playing in the team, the better. The lad's been a massive miss for us this season, and we really need his energy and directness to move us forward as a unit.

I suppose if you count the 13 minutes in total or whatever it is that he’s been on the pitch, yeah suppose you can have that one. He won’t be playing any more than him for the next few months that’s for sure.

And I would still say whatever little he plays will be more than Patterson.
