ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Spot on.

They've lost half of all games they've played this season.

But take it back to March and they've lost 15 games out of 31 in all competitions. Just under 50%.

This isn't just a Jota thing. Or a 'too much change too soon' with transfers thing.

They've been poor for 8 months now.

It just blows me away how no one has the balls to say it, like it simply has to be this narrative that its all down to grief. Of course they'll be grieving, but this being wide open at the back, being exposed defensively has been going on way longer. And guess what, the signings made look like they dont fit the system he's trying to play. That's down to poor recruitment, not grief.

It honestly looks like they are not really trying, has SLLLLot lost the dressing room.

Any manager should be able to improve their attitude, so please keep the current guy until they are out of cups as well as the league. Fundamentally, they have some good players that should be miles better than they are.

I’m loving their current form, but not stupid enough to expect it to continue all season, sadly.

Have to say I appreciate this new rivalry between Liverpool and United fans as to which manager they will get sacked first.

United made a spirited attempt, fell off a little but saw Liverpool were catching up so have done their best since Monday. However Slot has provided superb ammunition to his fans tonight.

All to play for on Sunday! @Alan Whittle, your boys are up again!
Sadly we are in European action tonight, ( my God, how glorious that sounds!) and we have taken one point from nine available after previous Thursday night shenanigans. Still, we'll have a right go, it's what we do.👍

Yet nobody was talking about grief when they were 5 points clear at the top of the league at the end of September….
