2025/26 Idrissa Gana Gueye

Given the lads statement where he accepts full responsibility and apologises to Keane, I think all that is HIGHLEY unlikely to say the least.View attachment 334575
Yes, my examples were probably unlikely (I will blame that on only being 2 sips into my morning coffee) but it just annoys me when people are instantly judgemental and calling for harsh punishments without knowing the events which preceded an incident.

That's not the case.

You cant have that behaviour.

There's clearly a massive rift there and other players will choose sides.

The manager needs to show leadership and get shut of Gueye.

No idea if his contract is up anytime soon. Hopefully it is.
It happens mate, especially in top level sport.

Granted at the time it didn't look good but it's seems like its been dealt with.

Lets just enjoy performance.

He lost his head, has held his hands up and admitted he messed up, and apologised to all. Move on.
Exactly. Well said.
People are writing him off as well.
I went to the Brazil v Senegal game the other week at the Emirates and he played really well.
It was bloody firey for a friendly and he was getting properly stuck in.
Despite Senegal losing, I thought he was one of their best players.

By the letter of the law yes, how that is applied has time and time again proven entirely subjective dependent on club shirt however.

No way Fernandes is getting sent off there for equivalent.

That's not the case.

Oh! Davek you do talk absolute bo****ks at times. Get a grip

Gueye would love Henderson - another player who ignores the human rights of others.
For Gana, who I have never seen this type of behavior I would look the other way for tonight. We won. Thankfully no harm done. I honestly don't know why he was so wound up as we never know what someone is going through. He just needs to take the lesson and learn.

I wonder how many times a week something similar to this happens in training, because anyone that has played football at any level knows that this type of thing happens week in, week out.

Talk of suspension and hounding him out the club 😂 😂 😂.

Even if it were a training ground spat spilling over into a game, Moyes is spot on - that level of competitiveness is a good thing.

How many times have we sat moaning that the team show no passion?
