Taking a mild guess, I reckon they were reading his russian handlers emails before he was. That's why they passed him on to counter terrorism here. It also explains why he was excommunicated by farage and the rest of the deformed circus back in 2021.
If they could turn him, they've gotten to others. I wonder if this was a shot across the bows...

Bit of trivia, when Screamadelica won the Mercury prize in it's first year (1992) the band behaved so badly that the cash reward for the win was taken back. I wasn't going to look very far into the financials of this but it seems mr gillespie had something of a falling out with one of PS' keyboardists and had him cut out of royalties after he'd died. This is a bit grim.

Was trying to find at least a little humour in his (bg's) story and antics, but going after a once lifelong pal and band member who was recovering from prostate cancer is a particularly nasty and mean spirited behaviour. That the deceased had a teenage family and died from a catastrophic brain injury in the family home just piles misery upon misery. Then having flogged the back catalogue that the keyboardist had song writing credits on without coughing up for the deal is another low blow. I'm amazed anyone wants to work with him or even go and see him. Usually it's the music exec that's the fraudster, gangster and dirtball. Usually.
