ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

It’s also hilarious how Carragher is trying to paint the premier league as regressing to just long throws and long balls and Liverpool have if one the other way trying to play too much football. Is this bloke on a retainer from their propaganda division or something. Completely laughable from the spitting dog. Football hasn’t gone backwards, you’re just crap.

He just isn't a very good pundit, mainly because of his bias. He should be nowhere near a national sports station/show, he doesn't have the aptitude to comment on other teams in a fair way, because he belongs to a cult and only sees the footballing world from a very blinkered Liverpool FC view.

He should be on a Liverpool TV/Radio station........Oh actually, never mind, forget what I said, he already is.

Criticising long throws as if Klopp's biggest tactic wasn't lashing the ball 70 yards diagonally across the pitch from RB.

Their most common play the last few seasons has been Van Dijk absolutely leathering it into the corner with Salah trying to ramp the defender who is jumping for the ball so he can pick up the knockdown. Then they go on at every team they play complaining about long balls.

Of course, had he alone survived the crash he wouldn't be riding round on the shoulders of his team mates,. He would have been in the dock for causing the death of his brother through Death by dangerous driving.

So yes, tragic by all means but the severity of what actually occurred has been taken out of context a bit, to say the least.

Spot on.

But none of them are ready for that conversation

Have a look at Sky Sports internet.
They’ll never let poor Jota rest.

Arne Slot: Liverpool miss Diogo Jota as a player and person but it is not an excuse for poor results

Diogo Jota and his bother Andre Silva died in a car accident in July; Andy Robertson revealed Jota was in this thoughts before Scotland's World Cup qualifying win over Denmark; Arne Slot says it is impossible to measure the impact of Jota's death on his players and their results.

Why bring the poor man into the conversation then?

He's going mad at that because he knows it denies him of his life's ambition to continue hammering Everton FC on national television and portraying Everton as an agricultural long ball club.

THAT is his biggest motivation in making his statements about a general 'regression' by all clubs.

Everton are in his head 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

He'll end up like Shankly and Dalglish: a basket case forced to retire because they couldn't handle it.

Slot playing the sympathy card again today.
What a pathetic club.

I’ve said it before, they went 7 unbeaten at the start of the season, 5 prem wins and 2 in cup comps. Surely they were all impacted by Jota’s passing then but were winning games, what’s the difference between then and now?
