January Transfer Window 2026

That's all we can attract in reality. Name one sure thing who we could actually afford/would come here.
Almost as if we shouldn't be signing washed up household names that we've all heard of and instead our recruitment team should be doing their job finding the *next* household names, and we should be more patient as fans and allow those players to settle and develop before we get on their backs

Edit: I'm agreeing with you btw haha. Hunting for sure things in our position is a losing strategy

Sorloth wants out of Athletico. Flopped at Palace but has a decent goal rate in other leagues. I wonder if he's worth a gamble.
Come on lad, be serious.

We all know we will end up with Evan Ferguson on loan from Roma because they don’t know how to get him to work.

Loan with a low-ish option, and they get first option on Ndiaye when the big boys come in for him.

You think they will budge on the original £50m which was quoted?

His contract with City ends in 2027 and he’s on £300k (would imagine City would want that wage of their books) a week so I reckon we could get him for half that £50m. He’s never kicked up a stink at City and he’s not going to get a look in when he goes back so I reckon they wouldn’t want to ask silly money to not move him on.

If his form continues for the rest of the season then I would imagine there will be a few more clubs home and abroad looking at him so that could push up his value.

Even if we could get him for £25m the obvious stumbling block would be wages. Saying all that It wouldn’t surprise me if a Saudi club didn’t come in and offer City stupid money and stupid wages to Grealish.

With his lifestyle, Saudi is the last place you could see Jack.

Within a week, he`d have no ears, two weeks, no nose and by the end of the month, he`d be like the Knight, " that says Ni " off Monty Pythons Holy Grail, hopping around on one leg, shouting, " It was only alcohol free lager ffs "

I think you've just bumped into a perfect script..

Jack, the new king of Saudi

You're getting your Knights mixed up, it's the black knight who gets his limbs cut off, the knights who say "Ni " are in a different part of the film.
