Best British TV Christmas Special

For me nothing ever beats Morecombe & Wise, always associate with the family gathering together and laughing our heads off, all niggles and squabbles forgotten, a real family time.

Agree Royle Family, but Christmas dinner at Denise’s - frozen turkey and carrot crush…

A scene just now, she walks out of a club and the sign above the door is advertising a Welsh act… Tony Ac Aloma …. Weird that 😂 I honestly thought they were only known about in Wales
A big Welsh community in one part of Liverpool - In fact when were a top team in the late 1960s he football buses from North Wales were bountiful - I doubt its the case now ...

No, they still bus in from North Wales. Probably still park all the way down Priory Road though.

What’s your favourite Christmas special?

Royal family New Sofa
The Office Christmas Special
Gavin and Stacey 2008
One of the many Only fools and Horses Christmas specials?

Maybe even Vicar of Dibley.

Any suggestions?
None of the above for me, avoid Ricky Tomlinson like the plague, and have never bothered with the Office or Gavin & Stacey. Only Fools and Horses was OK in small doses, similar with Vicar of Dibley. Then again not that fond of Christmas. (just call me Grinch)
