If we do that we'd be looking at an unprecedented 100 points deduction though. They tried to hit us with 20 (or more?) initially after all.

Nothing will happen to City and Chelsea, and I expect United to join the circus of PSR-subverting tactics soon enough - their stadium is falling apart and all after all, we can't be having United in a bad spot (ignore the past 10 years of finishes tho okay?).

When we did the Tim/Dobbins PSR swap for 10m they tried to make an issue out of that, and that was after Chelsea had been signing players on 8 year deals so they could spread the transfer fee out longer to avoid going over the limit. Rules are to be strictly enforced for some but can be ignored by the chosen few as they please.

Reliance on the public to forget and move on..

Searching for a loophole that will bail city out, a mistake in the original charge that will make the case void..

Not sure about there fans, but nothing about city/transfer activity shows a concerned club.

Wonder if any players have a release cause incase of potential actions, I doubt it.

We were punished in the following season to breach and are now being sued because the punishment wasn't swift enough.

If the PL push on with this, Man City's will end up in the Court of Arbitration for Sport. I don't think the PL have the cajones or the funds to pursue this.

It will go on much, much longer. I see no actual solution to this for at least 2 more years. Whatever the finding, either party can appeal, with no punishment being applied until after completion of any appeal.

As there was with us, but I read somewhere that no punishment will be applied until such a time as any appeals have been heard.

Imo, there would be no way to make City act timely than to say, your relegated 3 divisions, the punishment stands from the completion of this season. Want to appeal? The punishment stands until completion of appeal.
