To be fair this is the first game I’ve thought ohhhh ok. He won a few headers, he basically won the ball back for our goal, however his booking always meant he was going to get binned and the miss I think would have been offside anyway, but yes he should be slotting that defo.

I thought the the same but then realised it's probably because our standards are so low. Still so far away from looking like should be leading the line.

Looking at his management of others and the use of Barry/Beto.

I wonder if he's had his confidence drained by Moyes and isnt as bad as were seeing.

I thought he was hopeless, even leaving aside that chance even I'd have scored.

He runs around, which is more than Beto does to be fair, but his hold up play is non-existent. Who scouted him?!

Must've happened very quickly because he looked exactly like this against Roma in preseason as well.

He missed a gaping goal from 3yds. He doesn't look like he has a shot in him unless hes given the freedom of the city to get one away.

He scored goals elsewhere. Missing sitters when a manager is whinging and calling out forwards every game while leaving you isolated must be confidence sapping.

Dont think he was alone up top before? Maybe all new to him.

Won the ball back after.. he’d lost it.

And was definitely onside.

He has scored goals everywhere mate, but there's been loads of players who score goals in other leagues then look garbage in the PL.

He's looked absolutely garbage unfortunately and we currently have 2 strikers with 1 goal between them.and we dont have a 3rd option

He wasnt that isolated when we were on top for 30 minutes. We were camped in their half.
As of right now he looks awkward and slow in this league.
At some stage we cant keep carrying two poor centre forwards.
There is a squad here that we might have to tinker with ndiaye and alcaraz going there.

Moyes needs to change things. Increase confidence in players

No coincidence Dibling, Alcaraz & Barry arent thriving.
