If thats how you feel then fair enough.

If i'm CEO or above watching this season then im wondering a large number of negative things;

1: Why did he spend so much on players and not use them?

2: KDH starts every game and is dreadful

3: Predictable or poor subs

4: Max the team plays is 1 half a game

5: The confidence must be sapped from the squad especially new signings

6: Tactic seems to be get it to Grealish & Ndiaye only.

Etc etc

Even at an overview surely the money spent and players not used is on Moyes

Dibling looked ace for Southampton and now?

Alcaraz confidence must be shot, performs well then dropped

Gana & Tarkowski untouchable
The mentality of half the players who are serial battlers I will look at that as a good point. I hope that Moyes can change that but I don’t think he can. We gave them the initiative and this is possibly the most annoyed I have been this season im a lot more annoyed aswe had Rohl, Dibling and Charley on the bench . 2 of them should have started and Dibling was a natural to cloo for Ndiaye.

Well better football ability wise I think. But Moyes himself has said we are set up to play differently now compared to last season, where we played to our strikers strengths (through balls etc to Beto) whereas now we have nothing like that and we're playing like DCL is up top
It’s an odd choice for any team to stop playing to their strikers’ strengths isn’t it?! Personally I think we were a lot more effective last season. The Newcastle away game at the end showed us exactly how to play this season, then Moyesy got waylaid by the money and power given to him over summer and left us as a less effective team.

Agree with the question, but as long as it wasn’t Moyes who insisted on Barry, he’s in the clear to a certain extent.
We have the worst 2 strikers in the prem.
Start with 10 men, usually means you lose.
Said it before, it’s like a jig-saw where you don’t have all the pieces to make the picture on the front.
Moysey, needs to be kicking doors down at TFG insisting on at least one, if not 2 competent CF loans, buys, beg, or borrows, in January.
Well thats the question...did he play a role in getting Barry? Its a while ago now but all I remember about the summer was him almost embarrassingly trying to tap up Delap and then spending the rest of the summer complaining...

We don't cos theyd be playing already.

And RB isnt a big issue compared to the final 3rd.
JOB at CB, Garner RB and Tim/Rohl CM is a stronger team than Tawks or Keane at CB JOB RB and Garner CM. We would play further up the field and have better distribution from RB. We didn't lose the game today because of our strikers. Our shape was absolutely terrible.

Well, we failed to win due to missed opportunities and a deflection. I think Barry still has plenty of time but that miss was worse than any of Betos this season.

Now the next one is a must win. Personally I'd try switching Alcaraz for KDH next match

Its Sunderland from the Championship for god sake!
Not it’s not. A much-changed side. I was very impressed with their energy levels and they have been in fantastic form.

A few seasons ago people would say about Villa, but look at them now. Xhaka has been an amazing signing. If we’d got him all people would have moaned about was his age.

Barry/beto can’t start up top again. How many dropped points are we going to accept?
Other than maybe a loan of a striker who needs game-time / world cup prep coming in in the winter window, we'll accept it right until the end of the season when we finish exactly where we're realistically at: lower middle table ish.

This football club has been as-good-as bottom of the table for goals scored/chances created/attacking metrics for a few years, yet we went into the season with only 2 strikers on the books and everyone at this club seemingly thought that was fine. Disappointing, yes. But no one should be surprised.
