2025/26 David Moyes

Tonight was the beginning of the end. Whether he can somehow stagger on to May is all that's left to be decided. Fulham next. Fail to win that and it's United then. These are loaded games for Moyes - playing against two clubs who sacked him and the current club of a former Everton manager. A point tonight isn't disastrous, but the signs aren't great. He tended to win these kinds of games in the past. Fulham have traditionally been obliging at Goodison, but have had a bit of a hex on us in recent times. We really need to win that, because the usual expected defeat at United is going to have us deep in the mire.

I think the club does.

Regardless of tonight, the succession plan needs to be taken off the shelf and dusted off.

They have one, don't they?
Yeah, I'm not big on changing managers mid season tbh, not unless its really dire straits times. However Id highly doubt that Moyes gets the amount of time allotted to him under TFG to sort things out that he would have done from Blue Bill. The Americans will want to see progress at some point.

He done what he was brought in to do keep us up. Was never the man to take us forward should have been replaced at the end of last season. And maybe with a better manager we may of attracted better players, instead we still have Coleman on the bench and Keane being our best defender 😂
