I need to find something in my life that brings me joy but doesn't kick me in the balls 20 minutes later.

Everton ain't working. Women, perhaps?

Only joking.

Moyes has just brought McNeil on…. Also
Keeps O’Brien at rb.

Clearly he is not a good judge of player
As I said, it's all subjective and what you're looking for in a player and in the system. Moyes has his way, and he doesn't really adapt from that.

Now that can be a positive, for example he's known as usually being solid defensively, but offensively how we play is pretty one-dimensional.

Against Spurs, how many times did we loop slow crosses in from O'Brien or Garner, and they just knocked them out easily? Rinse. Repeat.

My point being, perhaps Dibling doesn't suit the system that Moyes wants to play, rather than him not feeling he's a good player.
