….we have started watching The Territory on Netflix which is a bit of an Australian version of Yellowstone. Problem with Australian stuff is the same actors tend to turn up in different shows.

I saved it for ages to watch when I had a chance, now I'm nearly done with season 1 and I have to be honest I'm finding it incredibly corny.

Can’t wait for the next season of Slow Horses already. Could watch it forever.

Disappointed to learn that this isn't about horses that are slow, i.e. retired thoroughbred and an eccentric cast of characters that can't help themselves placing bets on longshots.

The 'Girlfriend' on Amazon Prime.

Overlong at 6 episodes, and a totally anachronistic soundtrack , guaranteed to give you a migraine.

Avoid IMHO.

The Sopranos yes, and that was similarly a crappier first series; which is what I've had in mind while slogging through these first The Wire episodes. Breaking Bad I watched all of, but don't remember that being a very slow starter.

If you dislike a 'so called' slow start that much, than you will miss some of the best ever series made.

What is a great series in your mind, maybe that will help you know what to watch and not watch.
