I'm delusional then as Burnley, Wolves and Leeds will finish beneath us I'm confident in saying
That’s great however it still means we could be in a relegation battle. We have Drew with West Ham at home when everyone else is beating them, we drew against Villa at home when we dominated the game, we got beat away against Leeds, we got stuffed by Spurs who have just lost two games in a week after, we now have a solid Sunderland, a Fulham team who have just won 3-0 and then a rejuvenated United, this could easily be 3 losses. Who will worry then? Everyone.

We'll pull a few results out of the bag it's what Moyes does

No, but that doesn’t mean I can excuse the manager and the players performances.

We should be targeting Europe in this league.

Sick of survival being the best that we are.

I’m really sorry to have to be the one to deliver this news, but you need to forget about getting Europe this season. Beto is our starting striker and our best defender is missing the season.

I really haven’t got the desire or stomach for another bottom of the table season.

The football is a bit better than last season because we have some proper footballers in the final third, but being Everton of course we didn’t address the striker position properly and are now stuck with two completely inept strikers who look lost.

Long term let’s hope our owners can turn this club around like they seem to be doing at Roma currently.

Not expecting anything from this game, hope they can prove me wrong.

You would have to say, going on form, that Sunderland are a better side than we are. They should expect to win this one. If David Moyes goes into the game with the same team as he has been playing then you would have to fancy them as we are toothless with Beto up front. Surely we have to try something different, try a different attacking approach. I don’t see us producing a new centre forward with the ability to play in the Premier League so it has to be a different formation. I would try

Pickford

O’Biern. Tarks. Keane

Garner. Alcaraz. Gana. Dewsbury-Hall. Greanlish

Don't think there's many of us expecting to win mate, hopeful but not expecting. We're just enjoying the ride at the minute, tomorrow's game could go either way.I do question Moyes's mentality but that's maybe me being biased. Everton are an excellent club and have mostly good players, you should be doing better. Is it purely just down to the ST situation or something else?.

I claim full responsibility for for Pickford penalty saves, having coached him as a kid.

It was cricket and only one session when the coach for his age group was away, but we did focus on keeping your eye on the ball and catching.

There is a very niche connection between Jordan and Howard Kendal, they both played cricket as juniors for Washington Cricket Club.

Starting with 10 is something different I guess

I think after today there's a very good chance we might be 16th in the table - probably 15th.

That's going to add pressure on us for Monday.
15th it was, but if our brave heroes can somehow score tomorrow and then actually win, we could be in the heady position of 12th, and 4 points off 2nd!!

Horse punchers at West Ham- we would need a draw or home win
