New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

The problem I had in the Upper South is not being in the queue, its those who have been served moving out of the way for the rest of us.

I say had as I now go to the corner kiosks and toilets, less people standing in the way.
It needs proper stewarding on that south stand concourse. The useless gets are just inside the stadium watching the match though.

Not once in that whole 3 hour event yesterday did the cameras turn toward the city of Liverpool to show our spectacular environs we're nestled among.

That's a feature of all our coverage so far. Barring the first game against Brighton where we saw one long shot of that backdrop there's been no sighting of that city centre beyond the stadium and we just see a stadium foregrounded against a sewage treatment works and north Liverpool. That's because they've been told to get that H*** D******** name on the south stand in every single shot of the stadium.

It's a huge loss to us in terms of reclaiming the city, which is what we all hoped this stadium would do.

The club have accepted a deal with the corporate world that suits them and only them.

How do you know, you turned your tv off BEFORE the game?

No such things exist.

It needs common sense.

I've said before what the solution is and it's easy enough:

1) stop the free movement around the upper and lower decks that takes people into any stand they wish to go in at HT
2) get stadium staff to direct people to thin out by directing more fans toward the gates where there's a vast amount of free space available

That'd solve the congestion.

They wont consider 1) though because the corporates require their particular food and drink to be accessible to everyone in the ground.

This is a congestion created by a chase for profits.

The Brighton game on sky shown the derelict buildings and the sewage works.

Sky is managed by cockney Kopites who love to claim they're LFC fans but like to promote the city as how Thatcher did.

That's a multi faith room.

More to the point, H*** D******** is run by a Kopite. So the angle of the stadium we get now is to his contentment for a couple of reasons.

I don't thinks the majority of people understand that important decisions of director level employees can make a biased critical decision.

I know an executive director at a major broadcaster who literally jokes about Everton and brags about making sure they don't get any favourable media attention.
