"Great Stadium", but hate the location. "Wont be rushing back"
What amazes me is so many people who arent local, arent aware of Sandhills?

I saw a bit of footage of the stadium on the news a few days ago, it would've been about the rugby, and there was an image of the Archie Leitch criss-cross truss run the full length of one of the standa. I realised that it was only a lights thing, but I hope it's projected regularly forever.

Anybody know what the situation is with the pitch after a rugby game is played? Surely it will be a bit beaten up?

Need to bin off aramak, though. I was in South stand lower today and the queues were ridiculous and then they ran out of beer. Was not great seeing loads of wools being negative about the stadium because of that.

People really should make more of the through pass system. Not once this season have I waited in a queue when everyone is ignoring those and you can bounce through in a minute

It’s perfectly normal in rugby and lower league football; the issue is the law does not tolerate it at football above a certain level.

Still annoying though just the same.

Its was trailed as Everton stadium in the run up to today; but all day it's been 'Liverpool' and H*** D******** Stadium.

Honestly, we really need this club to make it plain to the corporate slugs squeezing the cash out of this stadium to get their money back that we have to be FUNDAMENTAL to this stadium and not just positioned as the anchor or biggest user of it, which is what that 'facility' is sold as up to now.

I know I go a bit OTT about this issue but be under no illusion: most Evertonians are thinking along these lines too.

I was there from around 12:40 and the announcer kept referring to Everton.

Dont forget too that you got a titty lip on and turned the tv off.

If one played early and the other played late then surely it’s feasible

Suppose it's the capital maybe bigger place like London were home games clash... would be chaos lime Street station and the roads only way it would work is maybe 1230 game and 8 but still asking for trouble imo

That was bad too. At half time, the queue didn't move for 10 minutes before I gave up. Looked like they didn't pour any pints ahead of time so it ground to a halt. Went back down 10 minutes into the second half and people were still queueing. The steward said something had failed and they were working to fix it.
