Relegation Thread 25-26

Not concerned at all. Time to go was 22/23 and was also concerned for parts of 23/24 and last season but in the end comfortable survival.

Does feel though the highs of August are long gone and reality is biting. Couldn't beat West Ham at home and also rode luck to stay 1-0 down v Palace with some of their finishing.

Need to be getting 4 points out of the next two just to settle things down. Sunderland away is the sort of game Moyes will get a point out of and need to beat Fulham otherwise there won't be that many teams below before we get to 18th....

Lack of goals dragging this side down to the wrong end of the table yet again

Lack of goals at home a big worry. Nothing against Villa despite lots of chances (and they were terrible at the time), just a really good header from Keane v West Ham, nothing today despite Spurs missing Romero and Udogie in their backline and Palace was a late goal when they just cleared straight into Grealish (although Beto should've scored the header).

It's all looking a bit Dycheball in the final third and that really shouldn't be happening with Ndiaye one side and Grealish the other.

Still dont think be in relegation battle can see us finish around 12-14th frustrating today. January is a big moment for us this season as we need bring some players in
We’ve also been told to expect a very quiet January. That’s why I think change needs to come from within. All we can work with is what we have. Sending out the current lineup is now yielding negative results more than positive results. The only thing we can change is how we arrange those pieces and when we swap them out as subs. The very first thing I’d change is the starting XI. Nothing drastic. But something that shows you’re actually trying something different instead of hoping something miraculous just clicks that day.

Yeah just ino moyes cant be happy with the cf options snd then mcneil and patterson you would think will leave.

100% will be desperate striker signings in January, Will have to blow stupid money in desperation both in value and wages, even signing a mercenary from somewhere. Can't go on like this !!
