Match Thread Everton 0-3 Spurs . Sun Oct 26th. 4.30

….actually thought we did ok up to a point, two set pieces the difference. Plenty of possession in the top third, threat from out wide and loads of crosses into the box but probably play until midnight without scoring.

Ndiaye and Garner consistently good but perhaps the brightest spot was the cameo from Barry who looked like a footballer and earned a start next time. Ndiaye MoM.
Barry looked better than when I've seen him before, couldn't be any worse than Beto

He did his job by the summer. Sadly, our owners were so unprepared they didn't even have a transfer committee in place to hit the ground running. Fellas were still being hired in August. No surprise it's been a massive failure when you look at it like that.

They had no plan and were completely unprepared. Stability was the level of their ambition. A waste of time. It had been achieved by May. That was the time to put a plan in place...but they didn't have one.
Doesn't bode well.
They were too busy fawning over our shiny new home and in the process forgot we need a shiny new team to play in it.
