Match Thread Everton 0-3 Spurs . Sun Oct 26th. 4.30

Stinker of a game but we have been the better side. Can't understand the meltdown at games like this. Week in week out we look every bit a 10th place finisher which is fine by me this year.

Cos we've conceded 3 at home and had half chances.

Spurs have been very comfortable as we're 1 dimensional lacking teeth.

It is absolutely damning when you can be the better team for most of the match and still lose by such a big margin. If you can't score goals, you will always be in trouble, and we can't.

Oh well. Never a three nil game.

If nothing else, Rohl looks a ready made PL player. In the chaos of midfield too and with a fee of relative buttons. Begs the question why some players need months of gentle cajoling before they are “ready”.

Frank is great when talking tactics and about players attributes. Annoying tit on the touchline.

As well as a striker coach, we need a dedicated snide coach. We are miles behind most of the league in terms of rule bending, time wasting, cynical fouling without getting carded, keeper blocking without getting spotted etc etc.

Crap result and not great where it leaves us in the table.

Goals change games and that one before half time killed us unfortunately.

Still think if we had got one back we would have got another. Definitely not a 3v0 performance but doesn’t really matter.

Getting bored of Moyes tbh
He did his job by the summer. Sadly, our owners were so unprepared they didn't even have a transfer committee in place to hit the ground running. Fellas were still being hired in August. No surprise it's been a massive failure when you look at it like that.

They had no plan and were completely unprepared. Stability was the level of their ambition. A waste of time. It had been achieved by May. That was the time to put a plan in place...but they didn't have one.
