At some point he needs to put trust in the players he approved to buy in the Summer - Rohl, Barry, Dibling, Aznou. We'll never know if they're good enough or 'Prem ready' unless they get games.
They should be good enough or we shouldn't have bought them.

….but they have to earn game time. Dibling and Barry have started games we’ve looked like losing. Aznou another who looks nowhere near ready, was ordinary playing for U21S.

Can’t understand why we’d want to play players who are either not good enough to play or not ready to play. Rohl has clearly been injured much of his time here.

I was just glad to see him having to contend with Ndiaye in training in that recent video...that's how you really find out if he's going to be able to hack it.
