Oh I’ve posted a lot about Ellis over the years but I don’t think I’ve ever posted anything seriously suggesting he’s going to be a superstar in the PL , we were right to move him on , maybe Frank will too ….but Ellis will continue to bring a smile to my face whenever he scores or assists.

Broadhead’s goal won it for Wrexham over Stan Mills Oxford . Mills had Oxfords only shot on target in the first half , his trade mark cutting in from the right wing and shooting hard with his left . Both players looked very much Championship players to be honest . Cue a hat trick from one of them on Saturday and cries of “ we should never have sold him “
My older brother watched some of his games - he reports he is too slow for the Prem - but not much worse than the no9s we have now ... he knows where the goal is .... plus his all round play is better so that shows we need a better striker that those 3 ....
