Blue Smoke
Player Valuation: £8m
Way too many injuries this lad and it's such a shame. Good job we kept keane
I think Garner being our RB for the season may improve us tbh, Garner is more of a right back than O’Brien isSo add a CB…to the list of signings need for Jan then…were a injury away from garner being your RB for the season
He's still only young, and a very big lad who plays in a way that will mean injuries are more possible than if he was just a big lump like Lewis Dunk. I remember plenty of players like Giggs and Gerrard who had a lot of injuries when they were younger but then became far more reliable once their bodies were fully developed, let's hope Branthwaite is the same.Way too many injuries this lad and it's such a shame. O’Brien to CB, lash Keane up front.I think Garner being our RB for the season may improve us tbh, Garner is more of a right back than O’Brien is
He would but you get my point we have one LB…if he gets injured Garner has to play LB.I think Garner being our RB for the season may improve us tbh, Garner is more of a right back than O’Brien is
This doesn't make any sense...
If one of the 3 CBs gets injured you just move the other 2 and bring on the full back.
Who is buying a injured player for 70 million?Sell next Summer, if poss. We need the money and he's getting too unreliable.
Sad to say, but Keane has more of an eye for goal than the 2 strikers we paid £50 million for.O’Brien to CB, lash Keane up front.
It's 100% true. He has suffered another Hamstring
Well he ended up at Real Madrid so could be worse!Next Jonathan Woodgate? In terms of ability and the injuries that ruined it..
Garner is our best right back anyway. We should just get another central midfielder in and play him there permanently. So add a CB…to the list of signings need for Jan then…were a injury away from garner being your RB for the season

I've said before, I think he's great but I think talk of £70m was always a bit pie in the sky. We know what our financial situation was a couple of years ago and nobody seemed to even come close to paying what we were asking. He's got one England cap and hasn't always made squads and isn't playing CL etc. By next summer he'll be 24 and no longer seen as a precocious young player but one moving into their prime. Like I say. it's not meant to downplay his ability at all I think he's very good, but in the wider footballing world I just don't think he's seen as being a level above his contemporaries the way he is on here.Who is buying a injured player for 70 million?
