2025/26 Beto

Interesting in Moyes presser before the match, he acknowledged that we are playing differently this season and he will have to adapt (paraphrasing)
Basically said he doesn’t have the space to run in behind the way he was last season as we’re carrying the ball more.

So much for playing to the players strengths (however limited they maybe)

Thry way they are playing is more suited the the likes of grealish and skillman.

I wouldnt sacrifice that to cater to beto

Fair point, but surely get a striker to suit the tactics you’re planning on using, especially when it’s quite apparently how limited the main striker is at what his supposed strengths are - never mind expecting him to change his style.

And certainly don’t buy a younger version of the same player as an alternative.

Nothing surprises me when it comes to the mismanagement of this club anymore

Will never be a decent top level striker as long as he has a hole in his arse.
