He's not a one season wonder. His PL record is fairly good. Scored 14 and then 20 for Forest two seasons in a row in the league and 10+ goals four seasons in a row for Burnley in the PL. I think for a short term loan from Jan if he's not getting game time for Forest tides us over until the summer due to our striking predicament.

He's a carthorse who has played most of his career at the bottom end of the Premier League. He's also too old and not going to improve us imo

Don’t Villarreal get Barry for like 8m in January then offload him to us for 30m the next summer ?

Problem is young upcoming English striker chose to be on the chelsea bench then our main striker.
