Everton Youth Teams Thread

The boys have really let themselves down tonight. It's been coming this season but it's never nice to see.

Already seen questions about Tait, they aren't going to stop but I can't see how tonight is a tactical issue at all. Just desire and quality. That 4th goal, conceding from a goal kick is just embarrassing.

On a side note, I think Patterson might have to genuinely consider changing position to save his career. Does anyone really believe he can be a right back at any professional level?

….i’ve doubted it for a long time but get grief for pointing it out. Thing is, it’s almost certainly his best position, I genuinely can’t see him playing more effectively elsewhere.

He’s just one of those extremely lucky young men to have got himself a PL contract. It happens.

Absolutely dreadful.

Patterson absolutely dreadful
Barker and Gomez absolutely shocking
Beaumont Clark absolutely shocking
Benjamin completely isolated
Mcneil actually trying to make a difference but we're just completely overrun time after time after time.
Goalkeeper very poor too...hasnt made a save and his kicking is very poor.
