Mate, in total Nathan has easily has cost us as around £20m. As far as I know the biggest transfer fee paid for a female footy player is £1.5m so pretty sure we could buy the most expensive ever squad of 18 female superstars and still have cash left over to buy everyone in Runcorn a fried mars bar and chips!
Your mistake is that you are basing the cost of a NEW womens team on previous prices. If you were to buy the best women now, prices have increased a little. So whatever money, if any, there would be left from Pattersons actual cost is irrelevant. My point stands - we should invest MORE in our Womens team.
The Forest game should be a win like the FA Cup match. Everton have beat Forest every single game - but basically going to be out that comp already - as it was as straight shoot out really between us and City. The Like's of Weir was told last week she will be playingWent to the game yesterday with my partner, son and niece. My first time at Bramley Moore. We were in the East Stand. What an amazing view! Shame about the footy. We were totally outclassed from start to end. 4-1 in no way flattered United. The gulf between the Top 4 and everyone else is so huge.
Back to Goodison next Sunday for the Forest League Cup game. Lower Gwladys this time and maybe not quite the same view. Lets hope our girls can a confidence-boosting win and batter Forest.
I was just quoting some facts Sir. I agree with your point - better players are needed.

What was tye attendance figure yesterday?
was the right back a random fan in the crowd?
