January Transfer Window 2026

I was ok with OB as right back, but seeing him exposed against some really good wingers makes RB a key signing now for me.

Garner has been good their but we really need a top class specialised right back.

You get the usual from talkSPORT when it came to Toney 2 days ago. Just said Utd and spurs, it’s so boring every player that comes available it’s the media darling 6 getting every player. If Toney wants the World Cup I’m sure he’d want a guaranteed 90mins every week, which he’d get at Everton
Utd have a new 70mil striker and other options, Spurs maybe as they have Solanke, is he injured? And then 2 more who’re wide strikers in richarlison and Tel
So still plenty of competition at spurs

The problem is Moyes will try a buy a halfway house type, great at defending and offers a lot going forward, but they cost a lot of money, this Janlu who seem to be a very good footballer, maybe not great at defending, to be fair Coleman wasn’t in his early days.

I’d rather have 2 brilliant attacking full back and they build the team around, if that means you go with a flat midfield 3 , so be it, full backs are so important in
The modern game. Robinson not getting Games at Fulham which is mad, as was probably in the top 3 left backs last season

That and some games teams sit in deep and we need to be on the front foot he can carry the ball but same as his crosses just not natural to him.

Maybe did get aznou who i kno looks to be in that style i still think could see one of the lads in spain that was linked in the last window. Juanlu Sánchez Or Omar El Hilali who do look more as modern fb

….he is a threat himself when he gets on that far post but I think you’re right that a natural attacking FB would actually provide a new dimension, especially linking with Ndiaye.

All full-backs have difficult defensive games, O’Brien has been consistently good from that perspective.

Does not help the other side at lb myko is well limited going forward aswell. Is like the derby game still feel could have pressured the rs fb alot more in thst game and villa grealish doubled up on.

….yep, in terms of blend you’d have to think an effective attacking LB would give us so much more linking with Grealish.

I had to check, but there was no hint of match-fixing in the charges. Plus he's served his time. No second chances from you?

Tbh I doubt the club will be on their high horse if there's a way a deal can be done. And rightly so - have you seen our striking options?
Did I mention match fixing then ?

Forget his betting charges, forget his running for money rather then moving to improve his game ( which is his choice, so fair play to him )

The wages he would be rinsing out of us, cant see it..

they were pushing Grealish to Spurs right up to the moment he put pen to paper with us. They don't care about the other 14 teams in the league. Well run clubs like Brighton, Palace and Brentford are humoured and patted on the head for trying but ultimately they turn on those clubs the moment they don't let one of their star players leave for the Sky 6Cartel.

Don`t mention Robinson, you`ll awake @Joey66 from his slumbers in the coffin.

No, you didn’t - that’s what would make it a no-go for me tho.

Yeah, agree the money factor would appear to make it unlikely.

But much the same was said about Grealish and that still ended up happening, so I don’t completely rule it out personally.
