I agree with this, it was the first magic moment where it felt like home!! It reminded me a true Goodison moment of magic! I’ve loved it every time I’ve been ever since the first test event but to se wit rocking like that when Grealish scored it felt special! It needed that moment!Yes, the first truly great moment in the new stadium. Yes, the first goal against Brighton was marvelous, but allowing for that, this was the moment we made it home.

Sean Dyche knew all about him from his time at Burnley. This was before any body else knew anything about him. He wanted him badly but the powers that be at Everton at the time didn’t.
