He is not dissimilar to dyche in many ways...its all about set up a strong solid team and work hard...that has been his philosophy always in all his teams...The game has passed him by.

If there is one thing Moyes needs to fix, it is the Grealish show. We have been far too left centric since the start of the season and I don't think that is sustainable if we are going to create chances. I do think Moyes needs to make an emphasis on that. They have much, much better players than us. Power and pace all over the park. We have been rebuilding after 13 players left in the summer. Will take a while. But do keep on blaming the manager, until he is sacked and another manager loses a game, then you can advocate for him to be sacked, and round and round we go.

The difference is Moyes now works in a vasty different environment than the one Dyche did.
I know it's only months but things had changed massively.
Glasner wouldn’t have had a chance here. He lost a few games early on in his tenure. So you’d all demand he was sacked.Wouldn’t say much, much better players and I’m not blaming the manager and well aware of our rebuilding still on going and howwe’re but Moyes wouldn’t have done what glasner has done at palace.
Not sure why you’re saying you’d all I’ve not mentioned sacking Moyes. But he’s limited as a manager and as I first said was here to steady the ship not take us forward.Glasner wouldn’t have had a chance here. He lost a few games early on in his tenure. So you’d all demand he was sacked.
This.Anyone comparing Moyes with Dyche STFU. Dyche was anti football. Moyes starting to show his age, so to speak. But leagues ahead of Dyche
This.
Dycheball was from the Triassic Period
Moyesball is from the Cretaceous Period.
