One of the big problems is Palace want you to try and play into the wingers feet from the fullback. They pinch in and double that and force you back. We of course have no plan except to do that.

Why?

This is always what happens but if a system/tactic/line up hasn't been working for 45 mins why do managers imagine it suddenly will after 15 mins in the changing room when they've had all week to refine it in training.

Changes at half time to at least give the opposition something different to deal with as plan a clearly is not working.

Dibling got better for me the longer it went on. Problem is not the attackers, our midfield and fullbacks are awful. They are literally leaving Mykolenko open and doubling up on Grealish, because they know its going to take him 5 touches before he decides what to do with the ball.

I am absolute sick of Pickford and the rest of defence aimless hitting the ball long to absolutely no one. Palace play the ball forward quickly and accurately and move forward as a team. Our players are continually scared to pass forward or through the lines. Gana is still awful in possession. Garner continually turns and plays backwards when he has the opportunity to play forward. We are finding it impossible to get Dibbling into the game. Every player takes to long to pass it forward and all of our options disappear. We’re just not a good team. Too many average players.

The more I see Jake O Brien at RB the more I hate it.

It's not his fault, but the last few games have shown how mad it was for his place in the team to be anything more than a stop gap for 6 months.
