Happy Ryder Cup eve

I know it wouldn’t have made a difference, but Bradley was a strange captain choice for them.

Youngest captain in history and has only played 2 Ryder Cups where they lost both times. I know his record is decent, but they’d have been better going with Stricker again imo.

Yep disaster pick to appease a guy they didn’t need to appease. Ok so he’s really likable and it sucked he didn’t go to Rome. Sometimes you don’t get picked. Move on.

He’s made a mess of this. Yeah Europe have played awesome and fully deserve tomorrow’s coronation. Full credit. The captaincy this morning was indefensible. Sending out Henley and that awful English Morikawa team to get murdered again was inept.

Appalling lack of sportsmanship

The European team were expecting abuse from the people paying to attend this Ryder Cup, but not from the people the Ryder Cup are paying to entertain them while they are here. In a dismal start to what turned into one of the most rancorous day’s play in the history of the competition, the female master of ceremonies employed to inject some life into the crowd at the 1st tee was recorded using a megaphone to lead a chant of “[Poor language removed] you Rory!” before Saturday morning’s foursomes. The PGA of America, which is organising the tournament, was approached for comment but remained oddly silent.

It's been one of the most disgusting vitriolic ryder cups played. I think if Europe weren't so dominant on the course the PGA would be able to ignore it.

There is absolutely no issue with berating and booing players but wishing death upon a players wife and kids, while they're over the ball is, well, a new low.

It's disgusting.
Is that what was said to Rory?

No words if so.
