Never again am I giving Super hero films a try, I gave up all hope after seeing Chris Hemsworth get out acted by his hammer, but decided to give the latest Superman a go after a lot of ppl saying it's decent, it's crap, Superman looked like he would get bullied in Woolton, the dog looked like it had escaped from Carla Lane and the robot things looked like they done night shifts for amazon,

I liked Superman, I have to say. Was made watch it against my will but enjoyed it despite myself

I don’t think the movie was good to be honest, but my expectations weren’t great. I think I was just after a version of the character that wasn’t Snyder’s version.

As much as I wasn’t a big fan of Snyder’s vision of Superman, Watchmen for me. It was just different.

Dirty Dancing. Love a cosy Sunday in my onesie, curled up on the sofa and watching Dirty Dancing.

The Dark Knight for me. Bale is probably my favourite Batman and Heath Ledger is brilliant in it.

If you’re going for a lighter one then I’d probably say Guardians of the Galaxy. I’m not sure I’d say it’s the best but it was just such a surprise and it’s a lot of fun.

I enjoyed it. It’s not a great film but it felt more like what Superman should be, especially compared with Snyder’s mopey emo version.

My main complaint about the new one though would be a serious lack of Clark Kent.

That for me was where Reeves was so good, his transition between CK and Superman was brilliant. I’d agree, there should have been more Clarke Kent.

It’s a little strange for me, because I said Watchmen simply because I didn’t even think about Dark Knight. I know it’s a superhero movie but I saw it once described as something like a mafia movie / thriller that just happens to have a superhero in it, and I can relate to that description but yeah that would be the best one by most people’s thinking.

I`d like to see The Punisher done properly as a film, more like the excellent tv series, with Jon Bernthal , rather than the very poor films ( imo )
