I think he's a quality player who should be afforded more opportunities to either start or if he's coming off the bench , time to actually affect the game. Which he has the ability to influence matches with some clever passes or a stellar run along with his penchant for an outside the box shot

Charly is effective. I do think he needs to start getting some earlier looks when we can't thread the needle. He just makes things happen. I feel like his directness can be a turn off for managers but that is precisely why he gets things done. He forces the issue.

Its not just on the ball with him, you watch him off the ball he's always making himself an outlet, very good at getting in the right spaces..

The guy is a baller. To think how bad we’ve been over the past years we have someone of his standard can’t get in the team.

Really shows how far we have come and I feel sorry for him to be honest that he isn’t getting the minutes he probably expected when signing

….good footballer, maybe more suited to away games where his transition and running with the ball is best affected. A good sign of the times that he’s struggling to start games, surprising if he’s not on the team sheet tonight.

He’s terrible at hiding the ball. Zero idea how to get his body in front for someone who likes to dribble so much.

He always shows to be fair to him, and he’s not shying away. Off the ball he’s atrocious here though, zero awareness of how to press effectively or retain shape.
