The Premier League these days is like Serie A in the nineties. The most expensive players cancelling each other out and the occasional moment of brilliance which is then replayed over and over again to try and make you believe it was less boring than it actually was.

The way Arsenal celebrated that equaliser said it all - they will never win the league with Arteta. Hate to say it but imagine that is Anfield - the game is restarted 10s later with all players running back to position. Big mentality difference

The PL is dead. TBF it's been dead for a good few seasons now and not just because of the decision made to hand that lot 3 or 4 titles.

It's a devalued competition. It doesn't have anywhere near the prestige it had when United, Arsenal and Chelsea were battling each other and winning it. I think it got cheapened a bit under City and it's cratered even further since they've been nobbled.
