If you mean that documentary bit, I don’t think he put the boot in really, albeit the clips do appear that way.
That scene in full context, he was simply saying he needed to concentrate more on the football rather than whatever his distractions were, or it would pass him by before he knew it.
Seems Mourinho felt his application was lacking and he didn’t take the advice.

Ta la, never watched it and defo fell for the sound bite bit out of context. Half the reason I hate these kinds of dramatic documentaries.
