Hopefully this doesn't mean Keane starts for the first 5 games, that strategy has put paid to any prospects of a good start before. As with this one, we've tended to kick off with a favourable run of fixtures last few seasons, be annoying to handicap ourselves this way

Think Keane is more likely to get the nod over O'Brien moving inside from his RB berth. As @Eggs said, think Moyes will want to retain a bit of consistency by just performing a straight swap at CB.
