What KDH should be to us is irrelevant. Currently he walks into our Starting XI and makes it better. That's an indictment on us, not him as a player. Think you should get real with what signings we can feasibly make and what we can achieve with them

Either way 30m is market value for KDH, whether you like it not. He's in his prime, was in the Championship Team of the Season 23/24 and spent 24/25 as an integral player in a European competition (no matter how tin pot) for a side that finished 4th. Sadly, 30m for a player of that stature is just the way things is these days

If you're suggesting that the lack of premier league starts is an indictment of his quality, well for one of those seasons he couldn't start in the Prem because he was playing in the Championship, and for the other season he was playing second fiddle to Cole Palmer. So I'm not sure there's much to go on there

If you're suggesting that the fee is too high for a player who hasn't played in the premier league for two years... then go and find me someone who has, who is good enough to improve our team, wants to come, and for the same price. if you can, I'll make you right on that one.

Sadly the market is the market, 25m is good value for a top level Championship player (which he was at age 24/25?) and who now has a year's experience of playing in Europe

Agree, it’s a very difficult player trading market this season. Adequate players going for £20-30m, good going for upwards of £40m, hence why the likes of Fulham, Palace, and others making few incomings.

Fairly typical for Everton to be the ones needing a whole new side in an exceptionally inflated market mind

Im dismayed at this Dewsbury-Hall deal.

£45mil for Dibling would become a bit of a gamble...but if were throwing £28-30mil on average premier league midfielders then we need to make the Dibling gamble.



I dont see Dewsbury-Hall as a creative midfielder. I see him, like Garner as an all-rounder.

He'd be more advanced on the left with Garner deeper on the right.

Hes creative a bit more than Garner imo. Not exactly a playmaker.
