If preseason results were ever an indicator for league form I’d agree.

I realize the two aren't intrinsically linked, but a win or two in preseason might help the players just a tad, no? Or are they simply gonna flip a switch at Ellend Road?

Very poor from Patterson but Alcaraz has been wearing tennis rackets on his feet in the second half. Started with him on the half way line. Shame because I thought Patterson had been playing well up to then.

Dont think he was really tested but was what i wanted to see how he would react having to defend more. Maybe was moyes plan to play him in that position to see.
