Some genuinely disappointment from lots of their fans that he is going. Presume they offered him something but he wanted more. Maybe the wages are very sensible but 3 years security sealed it.

Doesn’t need to play 38 games. If Tarks and JB are in form, then we will def need to keep O’Brien ticking over.

He is a very good 1v1, committed defender. If we are delaying signing a more youthful attacking RB this summer til other holes have been filled, hopefully it means we will get a selfish, tricky and speedy RW that doesn’t have to run 75km a week covering in defence, rather than another “hard worker”.

If Tete is fit come the new season then he'll be starting at RB. Could be considered harsh on JOB, but he'll definitely be getting plenty of game time either way whether it be at RB or CB.
