Have you rang Everton and told them you are smarter than anyone they’ve ever spoken to on the subject?

Or could it be that you’re not furnished with all the facts, knowledge or experience?

I'm not sure where i've claimed this?

I've simply put forward a frustration as to why the club arent doing this.

It's obvious...just as other clubs have done things which are obvious that we havent.
